Are you interested in learning the basics of powerlifting or Olympic lifting? This 4 week program will introduce you to the squat, bench and deadlift of powerlifting, or the clean and jerk and snatch movements of Olympic lifting. Learn proper technique step by step from our performance coaches and understand how to apply these lifts into your training to gain confidence in your skills!
Once you feel comfortable enough to work on the lifts individually, you can join us in the Barbell Strength Club to further hone your skills!
The Olympic Lifting program is for individuals who have experience with Olympic lifting and are looking to lift and hone their skills under the guidance of our performance coaches.
These classes will help you refine your technique in the clean and jerk and snatch lifts while gaining overall power, strength and mobility.
