Fitness Centre Assistant

Wilfred is in his last year of Kinesiology at the University of Manitoba. After he finishes his undergrad, he plans on pursuing massage therapy. He grew up playing a variety of sports, such as basketball, volleyball, soccer, badminton, and ultimate. Wilfred eventually found passion in weightlifting and powerlifting and has participated in a number of competitions. He loves setting new personal records. His favourite exercises are bench, deadlift, and hamstring curls.
