Val started teaching group fitness in 2009. Her passion is to help others find the right fit for their fitness journey and cultivate long-term habits for a healthier, more fulfilling life. She has competed nationally in Olympic Weightlifting, powerlifting, and CrossFit, and now takes a fitness-for-life approach to her training. Val runs our Barbell Strength Club as well as our Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting programs. If you’re interested in getting started with lifting, Val is your gal!
