Taylor is a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Manitoba. She carries 6 years of working in the fitness industry and a lifelong experience in sport including elite ringette and recreational dance. Through these experiences, Taylor understands how integral a role fitness, sport, and recreation play into our identity and holistic wellness – physical, mental, social, and spiritual health.

Taylor enjoys training the general population, aiming for her clients to learn new information and gain confidence after every session.
