Olga is a passionate yoga teacher who believes that yoga can be accessible to everyone. She enjoys working with people and helps her students stay fit and healthy. Olga’s classes are fluid and intense, based on traditional yoga poses, concentration, and breathing.

She was trained by the best Canadian Ashtanga teachers, authorized by Pattabhi Jois. Olga was trained in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha Yoga Styles. In her yoga teaching, Olga applies the individual approach to the students and each lesson is carefully crafted based on students’ needs and their physical conditions. After Olga’s classes, students of all levels experience deep work and improvement in physical and mental health. Olga was also professionally involved in competitive sports such as swimming and athletics, which she weaves into her yoga practice to find a similar sense of body healing through movement.

Aside from Yoga Teaching Certifications, Olga has a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy and an MD in International Affairs and Information Analyses. Olga believes that Yoga practice is an unforgettable journey that eventually brings us to the best version of ourselves and connects us with an inner powerful source of universal energy.
