Munk graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, majoring in Exercise Science at the University of Winnipeg. For the past few years, Munk has trained a diverse range of people with various skills and fitness levels. Growing up, he was a multi-sport athlete, focusing mainly on football in his youth. Now, Munk enjoys coaching sports, including volleyball and soccer. Munk’s goal is to help people focus on fitness for life and enjoy the journey and habits that allow people to meet their long-term fitness goals.
