Lori
Neufeld

Yoga Instructor & Therapist

Lori was taught by an exceptional teacher, Jonathan Austman, and has been practicing and teaching yoga for almost 25 years. Her training and background are in hatha and ashtanga yoga, though she has more recently incorporated gentler and intentionally trauma-conscious movements and sequencing.

She assesses the energy, abilities, and needs in the room so she can lead intuitively and in a beneficial way. Students may arrive at yoga with expectations of flexibility, mobility, or injury rehabilitation, but Lori believes regular practice will address those desires, and more significantly, that yoga will provide what they need — a connection to themselves, to their breath, to their way of moving in their bodies and through the world.
