Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor

Kathleen is a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology at the University of Manitoba and currently continues her studies with the university in the Master of Physical Therapy program. Kathleen wants to bridge the gap between personal training and rehabilitation and pursue physiotherapy, where she can provide both services. 

Kathleen has stayed active throughout her life playing basketball for many years on high school and club teams. She also enjoys strength and mobility training at the gym. Kathleen hopes to inspire others and build their confidence to start a fun and active lifestyle that is personalized to their goals.
