Karine holds a Bachelor of Education and has been an active member at the Sport MB Fitness Centre for over a year.

Some of her favourite activities include swimming, biking, and cross-country skiing. She also enjoyed playing a variety of team sports growing up, such as volleyball and basketball.

Karine is an aspiring yoga teacher and believes in finding joy and play in everyday movement activities.
