A former track and field athlete who competed in the triple jump and long jump for the University of Manitoba, Jamie has graduated from the University of Manitoba with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, taken the track and field NCCP level two courses, and has worked with various teams for strength and conditioning. Being an individual who has run a few half marathons and with his education, Jamie is here to help runners achieve their running goals.
