Ian’s life eventually led him to his real passion, Yoga. He started his practice in 2010 and became a teacher in 2014. His internationally recognized yoga teacher certification includes the method and practices of Ashtanga yoga. Ian has a daily practice of Mysore style Ashtanga yoga and meditation. As a teacher every student is treated as an individual, working patiently, compassionately, and respectfully with each student and their needs.
