Ganesh holds a graduate degree from the University of Manitoba in the field of kinesiology and motor control. He emphasizes that it is never too late (or too early) to start getting into fitness. 

Favourite exercise: Deadlift – “Building a strong deadlift means building a strong core. Together, you’ve got the best defense against the all-too-common injuries of daily-life – from carrying groceries, to shoveling snow, and even loading the washing machine!”
