Denyne holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Exercise Science), and she has been a fitness instructor for several years. 

Her favourite fitness activities include playing soccer, tennis, or skating on the river. She is passionate about universal representation and inclusion and promotes the idea that wellness looks different for everyone!
