Fitness Instructor

Beth Lamont is currently a First Soloist with Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet and discovered Pilates after a foot injury that put her career on hold. She fell in love with the Pilates method and how it gave her dancing more stability and strength.

After finishing Her Pilates Reformer and Mat training in 2016 she was certified in TRX and then Bosu stability training. Beth has taught for Pilates Winnipeg, Pilates Manitoba and Kazka Dance Collective and enjoys helping people get results while staying injury free.

You can expect her classes to be comprehensive enough for the beginners and challenging enough for any athletes. There’s always something new and challenging to try!
