Facility Attendant

Under the supervision of the Facility Services Manager, the successful applicant for this position is responsible for providing a positive experience for all visitors who have booked the gymnasium/flex space. This includes greeting groups upon arrival, assisting with set-up, monitoring booking schedules, reporting equipment or facility issues, and ensuring that all protocols are being enforced.

 

Qualifications

• Understanding of good customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and clear communication skills
• Ability to identify and select solutions to problems that may occur
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
• First Aid Certification is an asset
