Personal Training

Our highly qualified trainers and coaches have a variety of post-secondary education including degrees in Kinesiology and several specialty certifications. Our trainers are here to educate and motivate you to be the best you can be!

Personal training services are available in-person or virtually and are also available in French and Spanish.

Small Group Training Membership

Our Small Group Training Membership is the perfect balance between personal training and a traditional gym membership. It includes:

Unlimited Fitness Centre access during operational hours and eight group fitness classes each month

A custom workout plan catered to your fitness goals, designed by our Head Trainer, and refreshed every three months

2-hour drop-in time slots (Tuesday and Thursdays, 6:15 a.m. – 8 a.m., 11:45 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., 4:45 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.) where your trainer will be available to guide you through your workout and answer any questions

Additional workouts programmed in our app to do on your own time

Group assessments every six months, including an InBody scan, to track your progress

Pricing is $129 for the first month and $149 for subsequent months. This program is a monthly auto-pay with payments on the first of each month. Cancellation requires a 14-day notice. Limited space available.
