During these challenging times, our Fit Kids Healthy Kids team is committed to helping keep you and your family active! With our in-person training and programming as well as our Motion Zones all currently on hold, here are some games and resources to consider during the next few days:
Painter’s Tape Obstacle Course
This is a game for all ages and you can play it inside your own home. All you need is some tape and a little imagination.
Set up an obstacle course as big or as small as you want. Have tape going down the hallway, down the stairs, or up on the couch. Get the kids crawling, skipping, and jumping their way through the course. Pretty soon they’ll be exploring all the rooms in your house.
