Dr. Chatwin is a dedicated healthcare professional with a thirst for knowledge. She began her academic journey at the University of Winnipeg before pursuing Medical School at the University of Manitoba, followed by a Family Medicine Residency in Chilliwack, BC.

As a rural Manitoba family doctor, Dr. Chatwin has gained a decade of experience across various medical fields, from delivering babies to providing palliative care. Her interest in holistic wellness grew as she noticed the challenges of chronic illness management.

In 2021, Dr. Chatwin became Board Certified in Lifestyle Medicine. She offers expertise in nutrition, physical activity, stress management, mental health, restorative sleep, and more, treating patients with a variety of chronic illnesses or working with those with multiple risk factors to prevent chronic disease. This includes type 2 diabetes and other metabolic conditions, cardiovascular disease, digestive concerns, mental health concerns, chronic pain, fatigue syndromes, and autoimmune diseases. Tthe goal is to empower individuals to improve their well-being on their own terms.

Based in Winnipeg with her husband and two cats, Dr. Chatwin enjoys cooking, gardening, and amateur curling. She channels her creativity through interior design projects and stays active through boxing, yoga, and springboard diving.
