Sport Expo
Sport Expo is an unique event. It is a sport exhibition and gathering of the sport community in support of charity. It has been conceived, planned and organized by a large team of volunteers from Winnipeg's business community.
Beneficiary
All money raised through Sport Expo goes to KidSport to provide underpriveleged children the opportunity to participate in sports. Revenue is generated through corporate sponsorships and donations and event day activities that include interactive sport displays, gently used equipment sales and a rainbow auction.
The 2nd Sport Expo took place on March 19th, 2006 at the MTS Centre. The event exceeded its fundraising target raising $118,000.
